What To Expect

Your pet is a valued member of your family, and you expect the best of care when choosing a pet hospital. Our caring and committed staff is dedicated to delivering extraordinary veterinary treatment to you and your pet with courtesy and respect.

If you are a new client or have a new patient, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork you’re your arrival. At this time we will take copies of any vaccination/medical history you might bring with you. You and your pet will then be ushered into an exam room as soon as one is available, and, depending on the reason for your visit, either a Veterinary Technician or the Doctor will take your pet’s vitals and history.

Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible. If we have obtained previous veterinary records prior to your visit the Doctor will review them before your arrival, otherwise the Doctor will review them at the time of your appointment.

We will discuss your pet’s condition, diagnostic and treatment options, and will provide you with an estimate of costs. In some circumstances, depending on the results of your pet’s physical exam and possible tests, your veterinarian may refer you to a specialist, veterinarians who have completed advanced studies in specialties such as internal medicine, surgery, and emergency care, if your pet must undergo a procedure that requires more precise knowledge and experience.

Our entire staff works to provide you with further educational information and is always ready to answer routine wellness and care questions. Our receptionist will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.

We are excited to meet you and your four-legged family members!
